Retail Returns Policy - Effective from 21st March

We have extended our in-store returns policy. You can return any purchases with your receipt when our sports superstores re-open. We will refund or exchange any item provided that its unworn and all tags are attached. We will also be accepting gift vouchers when our stores re-open, even if they have expired during our temporary closure.


We are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy. We are also aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition with all tags, and in their original packaging.

If you have an account please log your return through your O'Neills account under the My Returns section. By logging your return we will be able to organise your exchange to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Internet orders can be returned to O’Neills shop in Strabane. You can take your return to the Internet Drop Off Point at the main till. The return should be in its original packaging together with the returns slip and the bag should be sealed. No refunds or exchanges are available in-store; this is a drop-off point only. Refunds will be processed by the Customer Service Department within two working days and exchanges sent out to you as soon as possible.

Please Note; Unless the items you received are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on:
  • All Jerseys Personalised with a Name, Number, Long Sleeves, Player Fit, or between Sizes 5XL - 7XL
  • Half / Half jerseys
  • Any customised made-to-order goods This includes all club shop items with an embroidered crest.


Healthcare products

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
  • If you wish to cancel your order:
    (a) you can notify us by email to scrubs@oneills.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
    (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below
  • You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason, they must be in new condition, unworn and with all tags intact, at any time within 28 days of receipt. We refund garment price only, no carriage costs. Simply fill in the form and attach the label supplied with your order.
  • Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund for the price of the garment, or send you the new size/sizes you require carriage free.
  • The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used.
  • The provisions of this clause (1.4) do not affect your statutory rights.
  • O’Neills reserve the right to cancel any online order should it not be able to supply, for whatever reason. No liability will be accepted for circumstances beyond it’s control.
