Leinster Championship
Dublin booked their place in the Leinster final with a commanding display against Louth, pulling away in the second half to seal a comfortable 10-point victory. While Louth stayed competitive early on, Dublin’s experience and game management proved decisive as they kept their opponents scoreless from play for long stretches.

Westmeath continued their remarkable run with a thrilling win over Kildare in a high-scoring encounter. In a thrilling second half, Alex Beirne scored a point to beat the buzzer and level the contest, Westmeath found another gear with Brandon Kellys goal and late point the insurance to reach the Leinster final.

Ulster Championship
Armagh delivered a statement performance with a devastating win over Down, racking up an incredible tally in a ruthless performance of pace and shooting efficiency. Down looked to be a tough task after defeating last years champions Donegal, but the Orchard men made no mistake on their way to the Ulster final.

Monaghan came through a pulsating clash with Derry in one of the games of the championship so far. Despite Derry finding the net three times, Monaghan’s found moments of magic to turn the tide, through Jack McCarrons sideline point and Rory Beggans two pointer with the last kick to win it.

Munster Championship
Limerick laid down a marker in the Munster Championship with a dominant victory over Clare, showing glimpses of the Limerick of old. Limerick had star performances all over the pitch, two of their younger stars were on top form in Aidan O’Connor and Shane O’Brien.

Friday 1st May

Galway United and St Patrick’s Athletic played out an entertaining 2-2 draw, with both sides showing plenty of attacking intent. Galway looked sharp going forward, but Pat’s responded well at key moments to ensure the points were shared in an open contest.

Shelbourne continued their strong form with an impressive 2-1 victory over Dundalk. Shelbourne controlled the pace of the game for the majority of the contest, leading 2-0 before a late Dundalk penalty made it 2-1.

Derry City and Bohemians battled to a 1-1 draw in a tight encounter where clear-cut chances were at a premium. Both sides had spells of control, but neither could find the decisive breakthrough as they settled for a point apiece.

Monday 4th May

Galway United were involved in another closely fought contest, sharing the spoils in a 1-1 draw with Derry City. A stoppage time stunner from Kevin dos Santos was enough to rescue a point at Celtic Park for the Derry side.

Shelbourne and Bohemians served up a lively 2-2 draw, with momentum swinging throughout the game. Harry Vaughn struck in the 87th minute to rescue a point for Bohs.
