The Super Rugby Finals stage returns to Canberra this weekend as the Plus500 Brumbies take on the Sharks from South Africa at home at the GIO Stadium in a Quarter Final clash.
The match will kick off at 8:05pm.
If the Brumbies are successful in overcoming the Sharks and if the Jaguares defeat the Chiefs in Buenos Aires, the Brumbies will travel to Argentina for a semi final the following weekend. If the Chiefs are successful the New Zealanders will play the Brumbies at GIO Stadium.
Last weekend saw the Plus500 Brumbies end their regular Super Rugby season with their seventh straight victory at GIO Stadium against the Reds.
As their last game of the year before finals, the Brumbies also had the boost of sealing the bonus-point victory winning 40-27. It’s fair to say the Red made the Brumbies fight hard in the second half to take the win.
