Well hello 2021, and aren’t we glad to see you!

The pandemic pounds, coronavirus kilos – call them what you like – all topped off with the usual overindulgence over Christmas and the New Year mean we are all more than ready to get up off the sofa, get outdoors and get fit.

And this year we REALLY mean it!

Snuggled up for too long in our PJs watching Netflix has somehow lost its appeal so 2021 is the year to overhaul our lifestyles, but we can also hold on to some of those healthy lockdown habits.
