The Rossies won back-to-back All Irelands in 1943 and 1944. The distinctive primrose Roscommon jersey has been worn by some of the greats of the game including the late Dermot Earley.

O’Neills Fact: In 1962, one of their players broke the crossbar in the Connacht final. In the ensuing delay to fix it, they re-organised themselves and went on to win the match, literally raising the bar!
