Standard Delivery Times
Many items on our website are customized in our embroidery and print departments to satisfy demand for crests, initials, print details, numbers etc., however our factory in Strabane is now closed until 9th January and all orders placed over the Christmas period will not be manufactured/dispatched until after this date.

We strive to keep all the items featured on our site in stock
Our aim is to produce high quality garments suitable for all sporting and leisure activities. Garments are customized in our embroidery and print departments to satisfy demand for crests, initials, print details, numbers etc. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for dispatch from order date.
If your item is in stock it should be dispatched to you within 1-5 working days. You will receive an automated email within 24 hours of your order to advise on delivery date.
United States and Rest of the World - delivery can take up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
All orders are dispatched First Class Royal Mail. Delivery times as follows,
First Class Royal Mail Delivery
United Kingdom- 1-2 working days
Republic of Ireland- 3-5 working days
Europe- 3-5 working days
Rest of World- 10 working days
Missing or delayed items
Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
Should your order not reach you within the times quoted above, please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist.

Returns Information
We are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy. We are also aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase. This can be done within 14days of receipt.
Please include: name, order number, the reason for the return and if you would prefer a refund or a replacement
Please Note-*All Jerseys Personalised with a Number/ Long sleeve/ from Size XXXL- 7(XL) or Player Fit CANNOT be returned*.

It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed if you choose to send it back to us via Post Office or Parcel Collection Service.
Please note that we cannot refund postage & packaging on unsuitable items and are unable to refund costs for any method of posting other than those detailed here.
Unless they're faulty, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on:
- personalised or made-to measure/order goods
This includes ALL: Personalised jerseys ordered with numbers, long sleeve or player-fit options cannot be returned!
